Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of your Wazaj account data or workspace data at any time. This page explains what to send and what happens next.

1) Identify your workspace

Provide enough information for us to locate the correct account.

Workspace name (if known)
Your login email
Any connected WhatsApp business phone number

2) Choose deletion scope

Tell us what you want deleted so we can act safely.

Delete my user account only
Delete the entire workspace (all users & data)
Delete specific connected account(s)

3) Send a request

Use the email template below for the fastest processing.

Subject: Data deletion request — Wazaj Hello Wazaj Support, I am requesting deletion for: - Email: <your login email> - Workspace: <workspace name (optional)> - Deletion scope: <user account / workspace / specific accounts> - WhatsApp phone(s): <optional> Please confirm when deletion is completed.

4) What happens next

We may ask for verification before processing.

We verify ownership (to protect your workspace)
We process deletion within a reasonable timeframe
We confirm completion by email
