Wazaj is a SaaS product for WhatsApp Business management that enables multi-user teams to collaborate on conversations, templates, and operational workflows.

- Account information: name, email, and identifiers needed to authenticate you.
- Workspace data: configuration, connected accounts metadata, and operational settings.
- Messaging metadata: conversation and template data required to provide the service (subject to your backend configuration).
- Usage data: basic diagnostics and performance signals to maintain reliability.

- Provide and operate the service, including authentication and workspace access.
- Enable collaboration features for multi-user teams.
- Improve product performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Respond to support requests and troubleshoot issues.
4. Tokens and sensitive credentials
Wazaj is designed to keep sensitive provider and platform credentials server-side. The frontend is intentionally limited to what is required for user experience.
5. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the product (e.g., infrastructure, monitoring), under appropriate safeguards.
6. Data retention
We retain data for as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal, security, and operational requirements. Retention periods may vary by data type and workspace configuration.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
