Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of Wazaj.

1. Agreement
By accessing or using Wazaj, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Wazaj on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The service
Wazaj provides tooling for WhatsApp Business management, including multi-user collaboration, messaging workflows, templates, and account connection experiences. Features may change over time.
3. Accounts and access
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must ensure users in your workspace have appropriate permissions.
- You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to access it in an unauthorized manner.
4. Acceptable use
You will comply with all applicable laws and platform policies (including WhatsApp and Meta policies) when using Wazaj. You are responsible for the content you send and store.
5. Billing
If your workspace uses paid features, you agree to pay fees described in your subscription and invoices. Non-payment may result in restricted access.
6. Data and privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. You retain rights to your data as defined by your agreements and applicable law.
7. Third-party services
Wazaj integrates with third-party services (e.g., Meta/WhatsApp). Third-party services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wazaj will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if required for security, compliance, or legal reasons.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
